This Privacy Policy explains how Wallkpop collects and protects user information. We use local storage (localStorage) only to remember your display preferences, such as Dark and Light mode.
For signed-in users, we store an encrypted session cookie that contains only your account identity and expires automatically. We do not sell or share account data with third parties.
We do not secretly collect sensitive personal data. Our servers keep standard logs such as IP addresses and browser types, used for performance analysis and to prevent spam and abuse.
Messages sent through the Contact Us page are stored in our database along with your email address, name, message body, IP address and browser identity. That email address is used solely to reply to you — we send no newsletters or promotions, and we never sell or share it with any third party. The same applies to song requests submitted from the Request page.
You may ask for a copy, a correction, or the deletion of the data we hold about you — including comments, forum posts, contact messages, or your account as a whole. Submit the request through the contact form under the Account Problem topic, and mention the username or email address you used so we can locate the records.
